Challenge: creating a convenient mobile application that turns collected points into health-related benefits for its users
Nowadays, even a mobile application can help you maintain your healthy habits! Our long-term partner and client PHOENIX Pharmacy asked our agency to come up with solutions for a series of challenges: How to additionally motivate ADIVA loyalty club membership coming in high numbers to collect and exchange their club points? How to use ADIVA’s database to promote products and services of PHOENIX’s partners and how to further promote ADIVA’s health content? Last but not least, how to successfully collect and manage data for future remarketing campaigns? All these challenges had the single unifying thread: development of a trendy mobile digital platform that will appeal to the tastes and habits of current ADIVA loyalty club members.
Solution and results
LOGIC MARKETING agency created a UX / UI design for a mobile application developed to effectively manage the accounts of ADIVA loyalty club members. Functionalities enabled the application users to collect or exchange their points in a simple and fast manner, as well as to use their barcodes and digital cards to collect the desired products from the loyalty catalogue in all ADIVA pharmacies. Our agency created an additional feature for the mobile application – content integration with web portal adiva.hr. As a result, we designed a platform for content management inside of which our client could manage health-related articles or sponsored content (promotional native ads).
In addition, we created an individualized system of push notifications informing their users about the quantity of collected points, sponsored offers and the latest health news.
