Challenge: create the loyalty program for Vaillant boiler owners that will build a customer base and communicate all benefits of membership

As the digital, content, and marketing agency, LOGIC MARKETING received a Vaillant company's request to create a solution of the loyalty program for Vaillant boilers owners. It was essential to making such a solution that will attract membership, build a customer base, and manage the data about owners of Vaillant boilers for promotional purposes. The loyalty program members would be offered many benefits and should be informed about the Vaillant brand's activities.  

Solution and results

To meet the challenge, we have created a CRM solution for the Vaillant loyalty program. The solution was integrated with the client's mobile applications, which collect data from a field team and gather new members via digital marketing campaigns. Our CRM system enables data management via user profile and targeting of the members through marketing campaigns and marketing programs. The loyalty program is promoted with digital advertising, Google display and Google search ads, and Facebook advertising.
