Challenge: promoting a new web shop specialized in sales of garden furniture, in a market that is already full of competitors’ digital promo activities
Globero Furniture d.o.o. is a specialized importer and distributor of quality garden furniture present in a number of European countries. The company decided to expand its activities and enter the Croatian market by launching its web shop for online sales. LOGIC MARKETING digital agency was asked to develop ideas for the promotion of Globero’s web page via digital channels on the demanding Croatian market flooded with lots of sales deals offered by the distributors of garden furniture. SEO optimization of the web shop on a market territory where key words and digital PPC advertising had already been occupied by long time players also presented a big challenge.
Solution and results
LOGIC MARKETING agency was responsible for the whole digital promotion of Globero’s web shop. We created all digital content for our client, conducted SEO optimization of the web shop’s content, determined the best key words for each product, and optimized all product descriptions. We set up all corresponding social media pages such as Facebook and Instagram, created content for social media networks, managed Google display and Google search campaigns, administered Facebook ads and provided prompt and user-friendly community management. Needless to say, we constantly monitored the number of clicks on each ad, we boosted or turned off ads through A/B testing, and promptly answered all enquiries from the customers. The complete content was framed by a unique sales and communication strategy, including a unique sales proposition (USP) – Globero as the first online shop specialized in garden furniture on the Croatian market. The result: very high reach of the campaign with an impressive number of reactions to ads and clicks to the web shop page. We increased the brand’s follower base on social media and helped this new brand make a significant step for building brand awareness on the domestic market.
